Accommodation rules

Dear guests, we would like to inform you that accomodation at Košice Hotel is subject to the following accommodation rules:

Only who checks-in can be accommodated. Check-in is understood as submitting ID card, passport or other valid identification at the reception at the time of arrival. Guests with permanent residence in the hotel location can also be accommodated. When foreigners checking in we follow special legal regulations.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Earlier accommodation is possible after previous agreement.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m if have not agreed on a late check-out previously. Breaching this rule may be subject to additional charge.
In case of extending the duration of stay we reserve the right to ask our guests to move to an other room.
Guests pay for accommodation and other provided services according to the terms confirmed when booking the room. In case of checking in without previous reservation prices will be charged according to the valid price list found at the front desk. We reserve the right to charge extra fees in case our guest requests a room of higher category and/or other provided services than confirmed when booking the room. In such case prices according to the valid price list will be charged. Payment for accommodation and other provided services is due on the day of arrival if previously not agreed on other terms.
Reservations must be cancelled by 4 p.m. on the day prior to arrival.
Guests are prohibited from providing any changes on any devices in the rooms and public spaces.
Using own electrical and gas appliances is prohobited. Only devices for personal use such as hair dryer, shaver, etc. are allowed.
Guests are requested to comply with the curfew between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Events after 10 p.m. can be organized only with the consent of the responsible official or management and in areas designated for this purpose.
Smoking inside the hotel is not allowed. 50€ fee is charged for breaching this rule.
Guests can receive visitors in the public spaces of the hotel. Visitors can enter the room of accommodated guest only with the consent of the front desk clerk.
Before leaving the room our guests shall conclude faucets, turn off the lights, turn off electrical appliances that are in the room, close the front door and leave the room card lock at the front desk.
The operator of the accommodation facility is responsible for items brought by the guest to the determined premises and handed over to a reception clerk. Items like jewellery, money, camera, computer and other valuables shall be stored in the room safe by the guest. The operator is not responsible for them
Responsibility for damages occurred to the hotel property shall be borne by the guests pursuant to applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
The guest is obliged to comply with the provision of the Accommodation Rules. In case of infringement, the hotel has the right to cancel the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the agreed time.
Complaints, claims, requirements and proposals regarding improvement of activities of the accommodation facility can be given to the responsible hotel clerk as well as to the hotel management.
